These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ar999 ("ar999", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ar999 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services available at ar999.im.

By completing the ar999 registration process, making a deposit, logging in to your account, or otherwise using any feature of the ar999 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You understand and accept all provisions contained herein;
• You meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily.

ar999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the ar999 platform following the publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999 is incorporated as an offshore gaming platform. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the ar999 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

To be eligible to open and use an ar999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You are not accessing the ar999 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law and where such prohibition applies directly to you as an individual player;
• You do not hold an active self-exclusion status on ar999 or any related platform;
• You are not a registered problem gambler with any recognised gambling support organisation;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of ar999 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or service partners;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

ar999 implements age verification procedures at the point of first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during the account registration phase. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

If ar999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification, and if age cannot be confirmed, close the account and return any net deposits in accordance with our standard procedures.

ar999 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If you are aware of an individual under 18 years of age attempting to use the ar999 platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) ar999 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and permanent ban from the platform.

During the ar999 registration process, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

ar999 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. During KYC, you may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport), a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address (dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ar999 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, temporary account restriction, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the compliance concern.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999 account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. All financial transactions on the ar999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ar999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service.

Deposits are credited to your ar999 BDT wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. ar999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to make a deposit to your ar999 account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods (see table above for method-specific minimums);
• ar999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 BDT;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met (see Section 5).

ar999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction originating from or directed to a payment account not registered in the name of the ar999 account holder will be declined, and the account flagged for review. Repeated violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

ar999 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season openers, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

ar999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play if we determine that a player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other technique designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion.

Bonuses are not available to players who have activated the responsible gaming deposit limit feature on their account to a level below the minimum qualifying deposit for the relevant promotion. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive or use any bonus offer.

The ar999 platform provides access to live casino games, cricket and sports betting markets, online slots, and Asian table games. All games and betting markets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform.

Live Casino Rules: All live dealer games on ar999 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and Andar Bahar — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the game studio's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. ar999 does not control the outcome of live dealer games; outcomes are determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer and relevant physical game equipment.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. ar999 does not control, influence, or predict the outcomes of RNG games. Game results are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical fault during a round, the outcome of that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Sports Betting Rules: Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets on ar999 are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the betting interface. ar999 reserves the right to void or settle bets at revised odds in the event of a material error in the published odds. Live in-play bets are accepted and settled in real time; once a bet is confirmed on-screen, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on ar999 specifies its own minimum and maximum stake. These limits may be adjusted by ar999 at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where ar999 identifies betting patterns that require stake management.

ar999 maintains the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the ar999 platform:

• Opening more than one account (multiple or duplicate account creation);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using a third-party's identity, payment account, or personal details;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, live dealers, or platform staff;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to ar999;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims against ar999;
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage, or multi-accounting;
• Money laundering or using the ar999 platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ar999 staff or other platform users.

In the event that prohibited conduct is identified, ar999 may take one or more of the following actions without prior warning:

• Immediate suspension of the account pending investigation;
• Permanent closure of the account;
• Forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play;
• Withholding of withdrawal requests pending the outcome of an investigation;
• Recovery of funds already withdrawn where fraudulent conduct is subsequently confirmed;
• Referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ar999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gaming or betting activity on the platform;
• Technical interruptions, system outages, or platform downtime;
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Data loss, unauthorised access to your account, or security breaches resulting from circumstances beyond ar999's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by live dealers, RNG outcomes, or sports event results that are outside ar999's control;
• Any third-party content, game rules, or odds data provided by external software or data partners.

ar999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. You use the ar999 platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ar999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ar999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
